KIWA MACHINERY CO., LTD. is a Japanese machine tool builder, which commenced family business in 1869. KIWA reorganized "KIWA IRON WORKS, LTD." as a limited company in 1959.
In 2005 KIWA established a joint venture "KIWA-CW Machine Manufacturing (Shanghai) Co., Ltd." in China, at No. 260 Liancao Road, Plant I, Minhang District, Shanghai 201108, CHINA [Tel. 86-21-6434-9898] and started manufacturing Vertical Machining Centers.
KIWA changed its name to "KIWA MACHINERY CO., LTD." in 2006.
